- We require a 35% deposit upfront for events or 15% for weddings to secure your booking.
- We require the rest of the payment 7 days before your event date.
- A full refund is guaranteed if cancellation is made at least 14 days before your event.
- The deposit will no longer be refundable if bookings are cancelled less than 14 days before your event.
- In the event that there are new Covid restrictions in place on the day of your event or the 14 days leading up to it, you can either choose to re-book with By Tristen or get a full refund.
- If any of the photographers from By Tristen have to isolate, we will try our very best to find a replacement.
- If in the event we cannot find you a replacement, you will get a full refund and we will recommended other Perth photographers who are of similar calibre.
- All photographers will be double vaccinated.
